Program Services Fee
Each BeauTron plan includes a Program Services Fee. This fee helps support the operational services, customer service, platform administration, reporting support, supplier coordination workflows, and continued development required to manage group travel programs inside BeauTron.
The Program Services Fee is calculated as a percentage of eligible program spend for each group travel program managed through BeauTron.
Eligible Program Spend
Eligible program spend may include supplier, attendee, vendor, hotel, transportation, activity, event service, DMC, and other travel-program-related spend that is managed, tracked, coordinated, invoiced, or reported through BeauTron.
Eligible program spend generally excludes taxes, government fees, refunds, chargebacks, payment-processing fees, and other excluded pass-through charges. Payment-processing fees, taxes, government charges, supplier-imposed fees, and optional third-party costs may be billed separately where applicable.
Pricing Footnote: Pricing is subject to plan limits, eligible program spend, service scope, implementation requirements, and applicable terms. Program Services Fees apply to eligible program spend managed through BeauTron. Payment-processing fees, taxes, government charges, supplier-imposed fees, refunds, chargebacks, and optional third-party costs may be excluded or billed separately where applicable. Custom pricing is available for departments, enterprise customers, high-volume programs, integrations, and specialized workflows.
